0. How do we get the keys to the apartment ?

You just have to give me the day before your arrival by SMS, by MAIL, or TEL your arrival time on Grenoble.
We will wait for you in front of the building at an agreed time together for the delivery of the keys, and I will introduce you to the apartment.

Our goal is to minimize your waiting time!
If the apartment has not been occupied the night before, the day of your arrival it will be ready at the earliest between 10h and 12h.
Otherwise, we will do what is necessary to prepare it as soon as it has been left, and with the utmost care, for a perfect cleaning and a complete rearrangement.
The apartment must be left before 12:00 on the day of departure.
Therefore, it will be ready in this case at the earliest between 14h and 16h.
In any case you can collect keys until 22h if you want to arrive later.

Our apartments all have a private box nearby.

Each apartment has a Numericable box with wifi connection throughout the apartment.

No sorry, we do not accept animals anymore.
12. Do you have accessible apartments for people with reduced mobility ?

Yes, the Gare studio (Bastille I) and the T2 Gare (Bastille II) are wheelchair accessible.

13. Are the apartments air conditioned?
Yes all our apartments are air-conditioned except the T3 Ile Verte (the Berlioz) and the T1 Hypercentre (the Fantin Latour).
14. Where can we eat ?
All our apartments are in the city center in lively areas and restaurants are accessible between 1 and 10 minutes walk from them.
Also the tram is near the apartments (less than 5 minutes walk).
15. How are the kitchens equipped ?
For all our apartments the kitchens are fully equipped with the number of covers, plates, bowls, glasses, ... sufficient for the maximum capacity of the apartment.
All our apartments also have a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a vacuum cleaner, a broom, an electric plate, a washing machine, a fridge, an oven also made micro wave, usually also a dishwasher, etc ....
16. Is the linen included ?
Yes everything is included: towels and towels.
17. Does the apartment have a terrace or balcony ?
